Well it finally happened ... not to me but to my brother; good thing a neighbor was smoking and saw everything go down and the cops came... they did manage to take out the seats, a radar detector and a fire extinguisher; everything was recuperated.

According to the cops they were in a stolen Civic (vin# etched out) and were found with dozens of honda keys. How they managed to break in the s we still dont know. Soft-top was untouched.

Thanks to the Sherriffs dept for everything!! The neighbor as well.

Three arrests were made and here are the suspects; One worked for advanced auto parts (the one my brother just had made a purchase last thursday); the other 2 are known for there actions and have records.

Here are the a$$holes!!:

Ok now we are getting somewhere. Richard, #3 on the list is one of the guys that broke into my shop in February 2007.

My partner and I have an inside guy that has been helping us find this @sshole. We have always been a day or two behind them.

Richard owns a yellow Del Sol with S2000 seats and MY stolen motor in it. I chased him down one night about a month ago and because of speed bumps he lost me in the NSX. He knows who I am an rumor has it is avoiding me because of the threats that I made on the street.

This is personal now because the night the shop was broken into I drove a customers S2K home after we tuned it and parked my NSX in the shop. Richard said that he was going to steal the NSX and joy-ride it, but they could not find the keys to my front gate.

So, Brian, these are the guys that stole your seats also. Sorry guys for your loss. I will personally great this @sshole face to face one day.

If you guys know any pertanant details, please use PMs and keep the info off the public forum while we are still building a case against these guys as we are trying to keep them behind bars.

You wanna' hear something very alarming. The guy who works at the Advanced Auto Parts asked the owner for his address/phone number, just like he is instructed to do when checking out a customer at the computer. This punk used the info to pin-point the car at night at the expense of his employer. These kids are real scum bags.
Do not give info like that out, no matter what. Be wise guys!

Also the theives use our forum to see when we are doing group meetings, drives and outings, so be cautious if you guys get together for dinner or a movie and plan to leave the cars in a group for a long period of time. If so, check up on the cars from time to time, just to make sure everyone is safe.

Thank you!

the casing of our forums is a sad fact. it is a shame we cant plan events openly without the threat of predators like this.

life on these boards will suck if we have to resort to PM lists to plan any/every thing thats involves a group.

I like seeing some justice on this fron though. Good luck with further developments Todd. Just becareful with the threats and such as that can bite you in the ass if you are not careful.

eek3.gif Wow I am shocked!/\

The photo of #3 is amazing, trying to look like a bad ass, you just get popped for theft and you put up a bad ass pose for your mug shot, speaks volumes. Also notice how all 3 are wearing black shirts (dark clothing) dressed for the job.

As for protecting our property during meets, we usually have a visual on the cars when we are in a restaurant etc. or someone watching them when they go in and out to smoke. Extra precautions will be taken and we should all be aware of people following us home.

Hope they get the max penalty.

I'd be willing to bet the addresses are incorrect anyways.

Quality youths there, lemme tell you. Must've had awesome parents who really paid attention to what they were doing.

My S parks in my garage, and I live in a gated community. If I heard anyone (thanks to the alarm) try to get in my house, they'd get a face full of my 12ga remington express mag loaded with 2oz. slugs. They'd have to pull the pieces of skull and face off the walls as evidence if anyone tried to screw with me, my wife, dogs, or any of my contents or cars.

being a 20 year old lowlife punk is a great way to start life! I bet they're not even thinking about what to do in 5 years after they get out of 3 years worth of jail time.

I would begin by alerting these guys' employers that they're employing felons who are casing victims using their employers.

that would be awesome to have about 20 S's roll by real slow and rev the hell out of our engines and then just slowly drive off. That would def. send a clear understated and unmistakable message to the perps. It will be an oddity to the rest of the neighborhood, but boy oh boy the perps would be streaking the ol BVD's let me tell you.

I am all for it
