Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the New England S2000 Owner event schedule.

The New England S2000 Owners usually does not charge any event fees. This means participating with NES2KO is FREE, and you're welcome whether you're a member or not. SO please feel free to join us in any of the events mentioned.

But basically, if you love S2000s as we do, and you're not yet a NES2KO member, we can't think of a better time than right now to join. It's an excellent value. As a member of NES2KO you will receive many benefits as many of you already know. To join NES2KO you may click here (http://www.nes2ko.com/join_renew.php) to find a secure online membership form which may be printed out or paid on-line or you may send us your home address and we'll be happy to mail you an application (PM CubS2k or g-s2k).

Please check our CALENDAR OF EVENTS (http://www.nes2ko.com/calendar.php) regularly. We add S2000 Club events continually… club meets, shows, drives, dinners, etc. We welcome all S2000s, new ones, pretty ones, ugly ones… works of art or works in progress… it doesn't matter. Everyone is welcome to bring their S2000s. Come out and join us in the fun.

Here are a few events to start:

--------------------
"Please take good care of your S2000, keep it by your side for long and enjoy it from the bottom of your heart and share the quality and legacy of the S2000 with many friends so that the legend of the S2000 will continue for long." - Shigeru Uehara - Chief Designer, S2000 - 12th April 2009, Trentino, Italy
"S2000 came from a dream; it was built with passion and even though production will end on 7th August the dream will live on, so please keep it by your side for long!" - Mr. Aoki - Honda Collection Centre - S2000 Final Production Tour 11th July 2009, Motegi, Japan

Havn't done a Mohawk drive yet but the Litchfield drives and of course Hooters run are great!

Trying to find out if the Litchfield drive for 4/19 is a go or not. Havn't heard anything about it since the original post... frown.gif If it doesn't happen maybe some of us can still meet up in Litchfield center for lunch and a drive? Nice roads out that way! Some nice twisties and also some long straight aways! Not that any of us would break the law in any way... wink.gif

I'm definitely in for the Spring and Fall Mohawk drives and the June CT wine drive. I'll think about the Litchfield drives. Might be quite a drive just to get to it.

S2000 is nothing so much as a legend in its own time. If you don't like it, you probably haven't driven it hard enough.
Some people give the BEST job advice :)

Well, I've been working on getting my leg back in shape. I'm hoping to reappear at events this year. Red- we should meet up sometime in Collinsville. I tend to go by that area often.

Sounds good any time. Fridays they have open mic starting at 5 or 6 pm. I'm up there at lot. I use the coffee break excuse to go for the drive. It's a nice drive from Bristol. I frequently continue on from there to many other destinations, the dam in Barkhamsted, Peoples Forest, RT 20 out that way is nice. Just many options out that way... It's all great scenery for top down enjoyment!

I remember seeing a post about yer leg but don't remember what happened?

I was on my bicycle, hit and run over by a drunk driver. Crushed my left leg. It blows, but it's coming around.

What the S2000 says about its owner:
No matter who you are or what you drive, I enjoy my car more than you do. No matter where I go or what I do the drive there is the best part. Most days I wish I lived further from work.
