NC Corner Clearing & Cookout - Part Deux, When: Sept 5 ; Where: Raleigh, NC

From what began in this 'feeler thread'...we arrive here .

Some Reminders:

I'm offering to clear corners for $100 per car. This is some 'NC-love' as I normally charge $135 per clearing. But I appreciate we're in a tight economy, and want to make this a mod folks can afford to enjoy! So...$100 per car it is. And that'd be cash thank-you-very-much

I'd prefer performing all conversions and/or dash kits on Saturday...leaving Sunday reserved only for last-minute switch-ups, (which I'd rather avoid ). And I'll be converting HKStallion's car when I come into Raleigh Friday evening.

• 12PM - rajun asian - aka John - AP1 - Removing JDM clears & Installing USDM clears. Also installing LED 'Angel Eyes' at same time. John indicates he will be bringing along USDM clears. Phone info has been provided via PM Approximate driving distance from HKStallion -- 3 Hours
  
  
• 2PM - eric_reed_ii - aka Eric - AP1 - Removing amber diffusers. Also installing digital dash red filter kit. Phone info has not yet been provided via PM approximate driving distance from HKStallion -- ???
  
  
• 4PM - ricosuave - aka Ric - AP1 - Installing 'Angel Eyes' LEDs in headlamps. Phone info has been provided via PM

Sorry...no longer accepting install requests for Sunday. Going to visit friends while in NC on Sunday instead

Kevin already has it and will create a drive to lead you to my house after the Italians meet.

My house is on a 500 ft gravel road, so dont expect to get away without a little dirt on your wheels.



A few rules.
1. PLEASE do not speed or be noisy on my road. My neighbors are great people but they are old, and i try not to offend them.

2. I would appreciate if this were an S2000 only meet at my house.

3. There will be alcohol available, but there will be NO underage drinking. If there are any issues, I would be responsible. One of my goals in life is to never have "one phone call".

I plan to attend the morning festivities at the Saturday Italian meet, lunch, and the drive. I appreciate W1ngman's coming down to do this!! However, on Laguna, I like the look of amber as it is, personally.

Hey man, I dont think I will be able to make this now. Just letting you know in advance so somebody could take my spot. I think I may actually keep the clear corners, but I may come to you one day to wetsand the inside and outside of both headlights to clear them up

If people who aren't having headlight mods done won't bee in the way, I'd love to come hang out. Looks like I'm free that weekend.

I can take Hondanc7's spot for either diffuser change or naked set up. I'm 100% commited
I work on Saturdays from 3pm to 10pm so I would need a morning-noon time. or I can take a Sunday spot. I also would like the red color filter as well. Let me know, thanks!

After having a meeting with a new s2ki friend mulder i am going to have to cancel on our arrangment as he is closer to me and was willing to do the headlight mod. Sorry for the inconvience.

I know of a friend who is up for taking someone's spot. He just needs one headlight smoked though.

thanks everyone for the wonderful comments... we had brantley peyton reed yesterday morning at 6:19, he was 20 inches long, weighed 6lbs 12 oz. and has blue eyes with a full head of bleach blonde hair. i'll try 2 post some pics later... now i just wanna sleep!

Hello All,

I just wanted to let everyone know we will plan a meet in the morning with the Triangle Italians and then do some lunch and then a drive over to Daves house.
I will start working on the route but I will try to make it as interesting as always.

^^^ 8am & 10am scheduled folks should surely appreciate that they'll need to skip the Triangle part . Of course, might be that they could get their cars to HKStallion's early Saturday, arranging to 'ride with' others to Triangle meet (while I clear corners, etc. )

I will post up times and were we will be. We usually hangout at the TI meet until around 10:30 or so then head to lunch. Lunch is a good hour to hour and a half. So say 12:30 before we head out on a drive. So there should be some big windows for people to catch up with us throughout the morning.
