You know what, I'm so mad at Honda. How the hell do you mount an engine on a broken motor mount! OMG, I'm through with this craziness. What I'M going to do is write the most LENGTHIEST Letter of my life and send it to Honda and create a website to post my gripes for all to read and encourage people to stay away from these scam artists they call service centers.

In fact Honda, if you're reading my posts, somebody needs to talk to me ASAP! I'm tired of the games, run-around and all the money I spent out of pocket on this.

I did the research. Had a lot going on. That total was inclusive of engine, clutch, labor etc. |

... Most people seem to be buying used motors for around 2500, so you're saying clutch and labor was 7 grand? Hell, I just bought a clutch and flywheel new for 1100. So at this point most people would be in $3600.00 So if they charged you $100/hr, which is pretty standard for Stealership labor, this would imply that is took them 54 hours to swap your motor and change your clutch.
Did they build the motor from the ground up out of spare parts from radioshack's parts drawer? |

this story is sad actually. your asking honda to do something its just not going to do. shoulda looked for a used motor and had the labor done elsewhere.
sucks......good luck with honda corporate. if they did in fact do shotty work on the engine swap then you may have some grounds for a partial refund. -------------------- 05 S2k: SXM intercooled roots blower 10# + other crap TUNE @ 8PSI 349whp/239wtq dynojet 13.2@110 2.1 short TUNE @ 9PSI 332whp/229wtq dyno dynamics ;) 13.1@109 2.0 short <its got more in it> 00.5 Tahoe: tune and some other stuff ![]()

So we post something from 2 mths ago and there is no follow-up to what's going on ?
I'd drive/tow it home and start tearing it down myself and stop bitching about something that is 6yrs and 15K past warranty --------------------
