I was relatively happy with my 4th place finish despite my driving.

Thanks guys! We wouldn't be where we are without all the R&D that gets posted and shared here! Great fast flowing and technical course. As always, everyone was cheering for each other and sharing driving points. I believe we all were faster as a result! I have a video of my fast run on day two I will get up in a sec, dead battery on day 1...

Man, you are all over that steering wheel!

 

Yeah, he gets those comments a lot, but the results are the same... a lot of big wins or at least crazy fast times.

Something that I remembered at an Evo class... there were two instructors that drove vette's amazingly fast. Jr. Johnson and Danny Popp. However, they get there two totally different ways (Jr. smooth and Danny sliding at the edge of out of control 110% of the time), but in the end... they both are brutally fast.

For someone just starting out, smooth is king, but where Marc is with his skills and his trust in his car... his way works.

 

That kept me on the edge of my seat!
