Finally removed blue tips from Greddy SE
I decided that I wanted to go for a more subdued, classy look with my S2000's Greddy Spectrum Elite dual Exhaust. I removed the blue with 100, 150, 220, 600, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 grit sandpaper. I will polish the tips further tomorrow, but right now they are incredibly close to looking the exact same as the muffler canisters.
I will post better pictures tomorrow when the lighting is better, but here is a quick before and after:



Next modifications: Repaint rear bumper, install ASM Duckbill spoiler and also add coilovers.
And, no pictures, but a cheap mod today was to improve the look of my extremely shiny steering wheel. I used Mr. Clean Magic Eraser as suggested on another forum (M3Forum.net) to wipe down my steering wheel, and after it dried it looks brand new, perfectly matte leather like the stock Honda advertisements.

nice it looks much better! i wish you woulda posted some before & after pics of the steering wheel though. i had no idea shiny steering wheels could be restored.
