Just Purchased My First S2K
Hey guys, I've been lurking for well over a year as I planned to get an S2000 and finally just picked mine up. Just a stock '03 with about 134k miles on it and I'm the 3rd owner. The 1st owner who owned it for the first 10 years lived in Texas, which was a plus since this will be sitting in my garage until spring.
I have a few friends that have/had S2000's, so I learned quite a bit from them (and these forums). I've also owned a JDM STi swapped '00 2.5RS, '94 Miata M-Edition, '02 2.5l hybrid WRX wagon, JR supercharged '13 BRZ, and my wife's had a pair of Evo X's. However, this car will be more like my Miata - I'll just keep it simple and fun. It might see track time in the future, but it will primarily be my daily driver in the warmer months.
