Thanks is this with the PCA-/Porsche club of America Crown Region? membership not required?

Correct, it is the PCA, Florida Crown Region. No membership required. Mel Ward is autocross chair.
Details are on clubregistration.net. Looks like you can register on site. Starts at 9:00 am, but probably want to get there by 8:00 or 8:30 for tech, signing waivers and walking the course.
Might be rain, which is fun.
