Mid-A Biggest Loser 2016
#11
I did my own "program" in 2013 before my last cycling vacation to the Italian and French Alps. I put a calendar on the wall of my bedroom and wrote one pound less weight on it each week until I left. It worked.
We are going back again this summer, first two weeks of July to the French Pyrenees and Alps.
Since I'm already pretty fit, I'd never succeed at anything impressive in a contest like this, but since my desire to lose weight is to simply weigh less while maintaining my power, Nirvana for a cyclist but so hard to achieve.
Today I'm at pretty much my max, worst winter weight of 205. Planning to be under 193 on June 29th with a stretch goal of 185 lbs. 20 pounds in 21 weeks. That means at 56 I'll be back at my high school weight. Haven't been there since I returned from the last trip. Planning to go at that weight this time. Good luck all, however you do it.

I'm actually at my lowest that I can ever remember right now at 196. That's quite a bit down from my max of 260 one year.
