Hi, sorry but I want to know a few answers prior to reluctantly spending on something that I may not need.

I need the hardtop fitting kit which Im sure is just this pictured below in the 1st pic.
I've already got the ones in the 2nd pic & I hate them.
What I need to know is, what is the thing pictured in the 3rd pic? Do I need those as well?

The third picture shows the clamps that are fitted either side of the hardtop itself. The spikes you see go down into the body when you place the hardtop on the car. I've never bought a separate hard top, it came with the car, but would have expected these fittings to be supplied as part of the hardtop, but they might possibly be shipped detached for safety reasons.

Ok cheers for clearing that up. It seems I'll have to buy both the top & bottom pics as the 3rd ones were not supplied with my hardtop.
