Whenever I see a stanced car, I wonder if the owner tried this, but got the calculations wrong: ........

They are all automotive engineers at heart. Pushing the boundaries of what is possible, going past the point of unacceptable ride comfort, seeing how long it can take to make an inch of contact patch go bald and testing the durability of interior trim rattled to within an inch of it's life. They are material engineers too, seeing how far a rubber tyre will stretch and how much a front wing well bend to get their 12J wheels under them.
I have seen a sticker that says "style over comfort" on some of these stanced cars. It should say "I am only comfortable when I look like a bell end".
