Inquiring minds want to know WHY did he get fired? Did he take too much time off for his recent rotator cuff repair? I think he was a wimp. Rick only took a total of 3 1/2 weeks for THREE surgeries.

Lobel deserves to be fired if he took more than a week off.

Once upon a time, I heard he had problems, but that's just idle

He actually sued someone for saying that about him, but I have heard similar stories.

Steve, these are human beings who have lost their jobs. We should all band together and take up a donation to offset their losses. It's the right thing to do.

Apparently, over the years, contracts for Lobel, Kulhawik, and Wahle got so expensive WBZ could save some $$$ by buying out their contracts.

I would like the same opportunity to be given to me, by my place of employment. I'll take 1/2 of what they are giving to any one of them.
