Excited to see this is still going on lol

Nothing good really happens around here it seems, so if it gets completed and I can hammer it I'm all for it. 1/3rd of the distance that LRP is from me. So this is real nice.

Thompson Speedway's road course may be open next year. VRG has a tentative date on its schedule.

Little too early for that still.

I think it's good with the (almost) loss of Lime Rock (more and more restrictions) that there be more than one (NHMS) track for track days in the area. At that, I've heard talk that Palmer (and maybe Thompson) will have areas big enough, and made to, hold Autoxes. It will be refreshing to have courses that are not held in small parking lots or air strips, but be able to be done in large square sections where you can have a bit more creativity with course design.

And yeah, more track day selections too.

Thompson is under construction now. It's about 8 minutes from my house so I'm, pumped about that one!

I hear this all the time, however being one that actually goes to LRP many times a year I have found the rumors to be unfounded. If you have a reasonable car and drive reasonably they wont kick you out for being too loud. Every event has 2 or 3 bone stock S2000s, so the roll bar myth is out.

I'd invite everyone to come out to Lime Rock and have fun with us. Or keep staying home and we'll use the extra pavement!
