THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED. IT WAS DEFINATELY A TUFF DECISION SINCE THEY WERE ALL BEAUTIFUL CARS. DON'T WORRY IF YOU WEREN'T CHOSEN THIS TIME, THERE WILL BE MORE OPPORTUNITY IN THE FUTURE FOR YOU TO RUN AGAIN.
Voting has Started no more entries please!!
PLEASE ONLY VOTE ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU MAY VOTE FOR YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE A CAR LISTED ABOVE
So here it is, lets get this started.
This months Ride of the Month (ROTM)will be open to all who want to enter. The only catch is that it will be limitted to the first fifteen entries, so first come first serve. For future months the entries will be limitted based on the theme for that month.
When posting your submission please include the following:
1. A picture of your car (you can provide up to three pics- exterior, interior, engine bay)
2. Year, color, millage, and any mods that you have performed
For simplicity this month members will only be able to nominate themselves and not another member on the board.
Once we recieve 15 entries or reach the cut off date which is october 14th I will close this thread and start a new thread for the voting.
Im trying to keep this as simple as possible, but there will be rules that will be set in place in order to keep it fair and fun
I will be posting all the rules up in a seperate thread and will add or modify them as needed.
Remember- Scott from Ballistic Motorsports and myself "Cafe Assisi" are sponsoring the ROTM and the each month's winner will recieve a Gift cerificate from both of us as well as Certificate of Achievement. Plus all the winners will be entered into the running for the Ride of the Year Award. We may even put together a "New England" calendar with all the winners.
Good luck to everyone!!! Let the fun begin

I bought my S in the beginning of June, a perfect time for a convertible, and a perfect car for me.
I came from a fully built Subaru STi that I tinkered with every chance I had. However, I moved 35 miles away from work and the idea of a running project car just didn't make sense. I sold it and started looking for a replacement and came across a 2003 silverstone Honda S2000 with 53,000 miles and an HKS Hi-Power exhaust.
After a test drive I knew this was it. I picked it up the following weekend, dropped the top, and took a nice road trip to Washington DC with my fiancé to break it in.
Driving it was nothing like the Subie. I was expecting a slow, N/A Honduh but I was pleasantly surprised! Sure, it didn't have the 350 wheel torque I once had, but damn it was quicker than I had expected!! It handled like a dream, MUCH better than the STi despite its upped suspension.
I've owned the S for about 3 going on 4 months now and it is my daily driver, currently with 66,000 miles. As of now she sits lowered on Tien S-Techs, an HKS exhaust, splitter style lip, smoked side markers, a Broadway rear view mirror, and a Blox limited edition 490g shift knob.
Though she sits close to stock now, I plan on a nice staggered set of RPF1s (17x8/17x9.5) and an APR GT-200 wing in the very near future.
I've had an awesome experience with the community, despite my small time frame of ownership. With spring install help, purchases, drives and meets I can't wait to meet more people and see what else this great group has to offer.
Cliff Notes:
Year: 2003
Color: Silverstone
Mileage: 66,000
Mods:
Blox Limited Edition 490g Shift Knob
Rick's Smoked Side Markers
Splitter Style Front Lip
HKS Hi_Power Exhaust
Tien S-Tech Springs
Broadway Rear View Mirror
EDIT - Now with more rear bumper cut!

I will post next month, when my car is actually done being modded. I hope. Surprised to see everyone who entered is silver. I wonder why silver was the most common color that Honda put out.
Triple ditto. Actually, more like I just need to wash it and take some more current pictures. What color did you end up going with?
