Alamogordo was my last home. We had a group of 4 S2000s there. Only 1 remains. Occasionally the El Paso guys have meets. Look up El PAso S2000s on Facebook.
Also, don't forget to check out Arroyo Seco Raceway just west of Las Cruces in Deming. They have a time attack series called ASR Superlap. Often S2000s compete in that. It is a fun, safe, super cheap road course.
ASR
Many people dislike Alamogordo, but I loved it. There are beautiful mountain roads really close. 6563 to Sunspot, 244 to Ruidoso or the 130 Mayhill/Cloudcroft Loop are amazing for there close proximity! The road up Sierra Blanca is cool too. It is always a bit cooler up there also (when you need to escape the heat).

Welcome. As Doug mentioned this area is dead as everyone's migrated to S2K.NM on Facebook for all the local NM activities. If you're ever in the Albuquerque area there's a s2000 meet Tuesday nights weekly.

Soon to be a new guy to the area. Moving to Alamogordo next week, hoping to go out and cruise and meet some fellow owners.
