Meet up @ RockeFeller Lookout.

We are trying a new spot out as the one from the previous rollout had a kink because of the Bike Tour they were doing so this time we will be doing this on a LOOKOUT/ Observatory place on Palisades should be plenty of room for all the vehicles.
