Sorry to hear about this. Check the frame first, if it's bent you should walk away. See how much they will give you for the S.

the insurance is taking there sweet time with the paper work, looks like it might be another week before I know how much of the bill they are picking up. but I'm fixing it and doing some body mods I've been wanting to do in the process.

ok so took me long enough but here's some pic's of the car. basically I was over reacting in the beginning but none the less it's a big repair. it needs a right rear quarter panel and a door. both control arms and the spindle snapped. so I replaced those parts and pulled out the quarter and the car still drives the same. I'm in the proses now of fixing the body and doing some other thing's.
