Default Been thinking lately...

Its been a veeery tough decision, and I haven't committed myself quite yet.

But I have been thinking of parting ways with the ole' girl and getting something else non-Honda.

Ever since the Nissan Skyline has been available for sale, legally, in the US I have wanted to slip into it and drive one.

I'm still doing research on them and all. And if I do make the move, I can assure everyone here, I won't abandon S2ki. You guys are the best group of car buds I've ever had next to Club Sol in Ontario, Canada.

More to follow shortly.

Jeremy - wow!

I know you casually mentioned it at the Guptills meet. You've owned it for a long time. I hope you can keep it. Is maintaining the Skyline easy? Parts easily available? Will it be as much fun as the S2000?

Keep us posted through the process and good luck with the decision making process. You are one of the OGs here and I trust you'll continue to set up the Guptills meets and come out to drives and other events.

So, you're looking at a '91 R32? Awesome!

I don't know if I could live with RHD. Visibility could be a problem at intersections for turns and whatnot. And don't even think about using the drive-thru (unless you reverse through the whole thing ). Not to mention, I don't know if I could get used to shifting with my left hand.

Keep us posted on your drive impressions when you do get behind the wheel of one. I've often thought about looking into importing an R34 in 2024 or so.

Rivsu Imports also deals in Skylines among other cars. I've been toying with this idea also. RB26 can easily make some serious jam.

Hi again guys,

I appreciate the Craigslist ad but the GTS-T is not on my radar, only a GTR.

I have been reading and watching reviews on them and apparently parts are getting easier to find. I'm not too wooried.

Its great to have all the support from everybody here too. Also, if the S2k goes, there are only a very few things that could parted out such as the hood, shift knob, headers.

Talk again soon.
