I had my 1994 Ranger for 14 years too! My S is going on 12, I'm thinking I can easily go 20 with it.

Hard to tell on the phone screen but it appears the hardtop protected the car. Looks like the A pillar is also holding up. I'm hoping all you will need is a new hardtop.

Given that Honda doesn't make them anymore I think your best bet may be to buy individual HT parts online from Majestic and have the hardtop repaired. Sorry this happened.
