Good choice windhund. Generally underrated vs. the American series, but with a good setup, can play great.

Unkie, got my Telecaster yesterday. Will take some photos.

Anyhow, found this old recording a friend and I did on his computer-studio (using Cool Edit Pro). Over-dubbed three guitars onto rhythm backing track. Me on a Les Paul. Him on a Strat and Taylor acoustic. Ever heard of Peter Green era of Fleetwood Mac? After many takes...

Finally got around to test driving the Telecaster. Sweet, twangy tone. Amp is 1962 Ampeg Jet.

Those Telecasters have a great tone. I have a Washburn that I learned to play on and now I also own a Dean and two acoustics. I played Clarinet through Elementary and Middle School and finally Jazz Band, then picked up the piano in high school. I no longer have my keyboard but I've been looking for something cheap to play around on. I also plan to upgrade to a marshall halfstack tube amp soon

What Marshall amp. A vintage JCM 800? I've redone my share of those. I really like the old 1987 50-watt leads.

On a half-stack, I'm sure your neighbors will enjoy those tune-up sessions.

I like some of the Valvestates. If you are looking to upgrade that 12AX7, the new Gold Lion (Russian made) B759/ECC83 is very nice.

Wearing capes, railing Al Cass, and telling the guy sitting next to you how Arturo (or Bud Herseth, depending) would have done it differently?
