Any good sightseeing point in Downtown Portland?
Do you park there and paid for 1day parking? or park somewhere and take the train to downtown?
assuming I am going on a weekend.

If you go on a weekend, you should be fine, but I'd still park in a garage at the top to avoid door dings and "no front plate" tickets on the street.

Happy hour at Portland City Grill for the BEST view of Portland.

Happy hour at Henry's 12th St Tavern for the best beer...they'll keep it cold for you on a long strip of ice at the bar.

If you go up w burnside downtown and go right to skyline the are a couple turnouts that have great veiws of pdx... its also a nice drive too
