Resurrecting an old thread here. Not that mileage really matters with a car like the S2000, but I think it can tell you something about how your car is performing. I just filled up after a long mostly interstate trip ~ 75mph and then some state highway ~ 65mph and got the best mileage I've ever recorded at just a tiny bit under 26mpg. Before that the best I ever got was 23-24 on the highway, but that was top down. This trip was pretty cold so top was closed for the whole tank and so the top being closed is all I can credit for the better mileage. If I didn't pass big trucks aggressively to avoid rocks, I can see getting 27 easily without hitting 90+ on passes! (2004 ~37,000 miles)

hehe... C'mon - we're Americans. Our gas is cheap.

Track days - about 8mpg.

Other driving - not really sure. 30ish is my best tank ever. Happened on a road trip with the s2ki bunch a while back.
