Cross posting from the main classified forum, with some slight revision.

I picked up this cover used several years ago, but just recently bought another one. Detail pictures show the damaged portions, near the grommets on both sides. A few years ago, my snowblower caught the lock and cable and thus tore the material. I stitched it up and used it for several more winters, no problems. I also fixed new grommets, but these were slightly smaller in diameter than the original ones. Thus I had to grind down the cable end slightly so it could pass through. Cable and lock included, but not pictured.

I'm not sure of the manufacturer, but it is nylon construction, and not very thick. That said, I basically just used it during the winter time and had no problem.
