Default questions about CO

I am looking to move to CO. More specific near one of the following resorts Vail, keystone, brekenridge. My question is what is how much are apartments running in these areas?

i have never been to CO.

thank you in advance for all of your help.

In the areas that you mentioned ($) the monthly rent of a studio apartment costs ~ $750-$1,750; a 1-3 bedroom apartment $1550-$3000. Many do not have garages or protected parking.

FYI it's about an 1 1/2 hours drive from Breckenridge to Vail on a bad day.

Any ski town normally has pricey homes. Non-resort small towns are more affordable.

i want to try to get a job at a resort and see what housing help they have. i know i saw that some resorts have cheaper housing on a first come first serve basis.

You can drive your S all year. Snow tires make it easier but have seen people get away with a good set of all seasons.

You CAN drive it all year, but I wouldn't recommend it. If you love your S, get a cheap dd. the weather in colorado is as bi-polar as it comes. If you don't like the weather here, wait a minute.
