Spring and Coilover?

I Will install lowering spring w/ my new Enkei Rpf1 17x9 +45 all around and i need to roll the fender, where can they do the fender work for me?

Kevin (kevos2k) on the other site has a fender roller. I believe he rents it out. There are a few people in s2k community that know how to roll fenders, Chris (velocity) did mine with Kevins roller.

Can they do the fenders for me, i can pay if they want. Lol coz i didn't know anything how to do it, i just install my RPF1 today but stock suspension is very high!!!!
