Default Salvaged S2000

Hi, I have a lot of problems to address, I've been a member for a while and I've had my S for about 2 years, I bought it from a friend who bought it salvage in Portland Oregon. I bought it salvage title because the car was once flipped (roll over) and the condition was pretty bad. Anyways I'd like to restore it as much as possible without breaking the bank. The car was bought at around 65,000 miles for $9000. And I am the third owner. All of the problems were from the previous owner and its been 2 years where I have been financially secure to actually do some work. I’ve used 10w30 Royal Purple and OEM oil filter to change the oil every 7000 miles, I’ve flushed and replaced the rear differential (Mobil 1 75w90) and gearbox transmission (with Honda MTF). Replaced tires and brake pads when needed. But still have not gotten around to fixing the major body and soft-top damage and would like some advice.
• EPS light(Electronic Power Steering rack is shot) doesn’t bother me, I feel more in control anyway.
• CEL light (air pump faulty) fixed recently to pass smog.
• SRS (air bag is bad) not a big deal to me.
• Soft top major ripped due to age and countless top down during summers. Left rear, right rear fronts by the latches (recall from Honda I read somewhere)
• Front bumper damage, around the emblem area, cracks around bumper near right headlight.
• Rear bumper is actually repainted. Dings on rear quarter panel (first owner actually flipped it)
• Lots of paint damage, right front fender repainted (with rattle can) ghetto!
• Still runs strong but it probably needs a valves adjustment.
• The previous owner sold the AP2V2s and put on the AP1 wheels because of tire tread.
• The previous owner also sold rear spoiler and side strakes to make a quick buck.
• Both of the tan interior seat ripped.
• Exhaust tips also stolen. (About a year ago).
• License plate hole covers also stolen, (Recently)
I don't make a lot of money and I know its way more expensive to mod then say an EK9 or DC2 Honda. I was wondering what I could do to not be embarrassed driving the car around. I've tried minor repairs like patching it up the top with vinyl but that doesn’t work well. Or Vinyl wrap part of the car but that is just as expensive as a paint job, I’ve done some searching on S2ki forums and Maaco isn’t as good because of not prepping and everyone saying to spend over 2k on paint job because it’s an S.

I wouldn't put any money in it. Keep it how it is, you can spend $15 grand and it still won't look nearly as good as one that cost $12,000.

$9,000 for a salvaged car that has been rolled is probably a record.

Thanks for your input, I'll just drive it as a beater I guess..
