I know it seems like I'm being a dick, but this forum needs help with suspension nomenclature.

Coilovers in this price range are all about the same level of quality. There are not a lot of differences in quality, but you may be better off getting a used set of better quality.

From a quick look at the site, I'd say they fall into the same quality for the $$ as all the rest of the coilovers I've seen talked about here.
It is nice that they have the dyno, but then looking at the example dyno it just shows that they make or use a similarly low budget monotube setup. No low speed forces, and it only adjusts high speed rebound. Not exactly worth the money for one adjustment. In order for you to get low speed forces with a mono tube you have to add the remote reservoir and that adds to the cost. Even then you really need the canister to have low and high speed bump adjustments to get any low speed forces.
Or, you could just get the Koni yellow and have all the low speed forces you want for much less.

according to swift's info on their site...the front spring rates on the Rs are only 258...that's actually softer than stock by a few lb/in. Now the rear is a lot stiffer, but I would want a spring rate increase all the way around if I was going to spend that kind of money. jm2c

When you guys adjust your coils, do you have to align your wheels? --I know you don't HAVE to, but should you?
What you do, is up to you.
