Anyone used the newer Tein Monosport which replaces the older and slightly more track orientated Monoflex? The Monosport dampers are more compliant and progressive due to a change in tubing internal design, it is still mono tube but now not inverted, is height and rebound / compression adjustable and spring rates are F10 / R10. Here in the UK they retail at approx £950, which is a pretty good price compared to other options. Thinking of buying a set next month.

I had a set on one of my previous s2's and I hated them. They were either bone jarringly stiff or so bouncy they felt like you had a blown shock. I hated them so much I was looking at going back to stock before I sold it. I'm now sitting on öhlins (completely different price point) and they're night and day. But if I had 1k to spend I'd get bilstein PSS or a used set of koni yellows and revalve them to whatever Spring rate you want and it'll come out to between 1000 and 1500 depending on springs and who you have revalve them
