Eibach sway bar question
Hey guys just a quick question. Getting the F and R eibach sway bars. Can anyone help me out and tell me hold is the stiffer and softer setting. Is the most outter the soft and inner stiff?

To be honest u don't need the rear sway. If ur an ap1 then just get an ap2 rear sway. The farthest hole is softest setting I belive. Use the middle hole first than go get in some hot laps and then adjust accordingly. I have the whiteline sway and it has one setting just set and forget.

Outer is softer, inner is stiffer.
The rear bar, even on the softer setting, is significantly stiffer than any stock rear bar. I have run both bars (stiff front/soft rear) and they are a good match if you have front-biased spring rates (true for most off-the-shelf coilovers) and staggered tires. If you added a wing to that, you could go stiff all around.
If you have non-staggered tires or are on stock suspension you'll almost certainly prefer the car on a stock rear sway bar rather than the Eibach.

Definitely soft rear, not stiff. Even on soft it's still way stiffer than the stock bars. Stiff rear would be ideal if you are adding a big wing to your current setup.
