Default Offical Front Sway Bar Thread

Which are better than others? The thicker, the better? I have an 00 so I know it's thicker than 02+ but how does it affect handling? More understeer? If so, why is the 00/01 more prone to oversteer? Is it because of the spring rate? or??

Thanks!

I just got the Comptech 32mm unadjustable for $150 shipped from someone on this board. It's supposed to be about 70% stiffer than MY00. I'll put it on sometime next week. This will make the car understeer more so it'll keep the rear planted on an autox course

modacar.com has it for sale, but it's quite an expensive piece and if you aren't doing serious auto-x I'd say you can do without it for that price

Can anyone compare the comptech bar and the cr front swaybar. The price is right on the cr bar from hardtop guy. But I dont know how much of a difference it would make on a 2006 s in terms of keeping the rearend from comming out.

CR front swaybar: 28,6mm

Comptech non-adjustable: 32mm and poly bushings!

I just got my comptech 32mm front AND rear swaybars in today.

I was hearing good reviews about them so i'm gonna try em out
