...and includes anything with a bushing. So upper and lower CA pivot bolts (but not the Compliance Bushing, no need), the lower shock mounts.

Just the bolts you loosened. For the front, that will be the upper control arm mounts and where the shock mounts to the lower control arm. For the rear, it's just where the shock mounts to the lower control arm.
