S2000 CR Club Racer Edition CR stands for "club racer," conjuring up the good old days when guys drove their sports cars to the track, raced them, and then, if the racing gods were smiling, drove them home again

My rant being a CR owner

How about a folding hardtop that fit underneath the tonneau, as long as we are dreaming.

I installed a hoist for my hardtop, its only for storage still takes two people. Straps have to be removed first. I do not have room for a stand.

I have an electric hoist in my garage and doesn't require two people. It means I need to go back and forth when putting it back on to make sure everything is lined up but it's pretty straight forward. I have the oem hardtop stand but it's sitting in my basement collecting dust. When I have the hardtop off, it's suspended in the air with the hardtop cover on. When I come home, the paranoia in me brings the hardtop back down so it's resting on the car. It's still weird to me watching the hardtop dangling in the air.

Electric hoist ftw. On and off is a piece of cake and I leave it suspended while off the car.

I do that, but then inevitably get nervous and take it down. Right now I have it wrapped in the hardtop cover sitting on the hardtop stand. I'm not putting it back on till Mid Ohio next month so the car will stay parked without the top till then. It is really nice to have the winch though. definitely makes it a lot easier
