Im going to start to upgrade my much needed 01 s2k's audio system. I cant hear the music over my dc exhaust!!! Its all stock except for the install of tweaters in the door. Ok here is what I am thinking. Going with Alpine HU. Ive tried pioneer and sony. I hate pioneer and am satisfied with sony but have never heard anything bad about Alpine. For Door Speakers I am considering Rockford Fosgate 3 way 6.5" Prime series. I know its there low end speaker but I have limited knowledge of speakers and do not know which brand to go with and Rockford hasn't let me down yet. I already have a rockford P1, and amp for the trunk, just need to get one of those boxes that fit in the tool compartment and build a rack for the amp.

What does anyone think? Anyone know of any good 6.5" door speakers for under $100 ( Im on a budget but this needs to get done) Who sells the sub boxes fairly resonable?
