Samsung Galaxy e tab

Samsung Galaxy e tab
I've always wanted to implement an android tablet into my s2000. I've been doing my research on prep, install and setup procedures and have only come across instances where only the nexus 7 tab was used. Yesterday my local t-mobile store had a promotion on a galaxy E tab and it's got me thinking whether or not to install it into the s2000. is the reason that the nexus is used is because of size? what I'm basically asking is, can I use the galaxy tab?

I use a flex seat mount, that has the universal double T adapter. I can use if for my TomTom when I am on a road trip, or my Note 4. I have a quick release for the phone. You can get larger holders for whatever tablet you may want to use. My one year old Sony HU binds via bluetooth seamlessly on start and I can still use remote controls by the steering wheel thanks to Modifry.
My iPad works with a separate GPS (BadElf) and with City Maps to Go downloaded, I need no internet connection.
I like the mount best for selecting what I want to use that day and I don't have to worry about a break in. The pax does not interfere with the mount.
Akron on Amazon is pretty good.
