Default Viper 350 HV alarm not working properly

Hey hows going everyone? I just purchased 2004 ap2 this passed friday. It came with Viper 350HV alarm in it and everything seem to work properly until today when I try to unlock/lock the car and it does not work at all. The alarm still arm/disarm itself when I pushed the button but it just would not lock/unlock the doors. Also I notice that the led light for the alarm doesnt seem to be working. Can someone please help me. Thanks.

Sounds like two separate issues. The LED on the viper 350HV is a plug on its own, as well as the unlock plug. I'd check to make sure something didn't just wiggle loose or take it to someone if you don't feel comfortable working on it yourself.

probably wiring came loose or undone due to poor instillation.

check the fuse for the 451m relay for the 5 wire locks, should be purple. Sounds blown and as far as the led maybe it was disconnected somhow

This is true also, unless they just pinned the two empty slots on the keyless harness and didn't 5 wire the locks. Regardless, check for blown fuses and unplugged harnesses to the brain of the alarm.

Sounds like loose wiring to me. I think the weather is just coincidental.
