The AEM EMS has zero OBDII functionality, I don't know how you did pass an inspection but you shouldn't have

Hmm maybe he didn't plug in the computer but I think he had a visual inspection. It's been so long since I haven't smogged my car as it's only a race car now lol. I thought the ems2 or infinity can fool out the obd2 port?

No the AEM can not do this.
But the other alternatives I mentioned in a previous post do keep the OBDII port working.

maybe replace to oem ecu then back. But this prob can mess up the tune? Never done this
