I have enable all sensors n got everything to complete but just
Evaporative
catalyst
incomplete.

anyone got any advice please
the tag has be long expired.
I just needed 1 more in order to pass inspection

After going through CEL pains with my miata I learned multiple drive cycles and certain patterns required to reset all of the codes. Not sure what year your S is but user manual has the steps required to set the codes, this is for 2008 see page 245:
