Default Stock ECU connectors and repinning

Can someone help me. SOS instructions say D13 high side. With this picture and a pointer.

But when u look at the Connector D diagram it show D13 bottom left. So my question is even if this diagram or the connector was upside down or whatever D13 would not be in the middle where the pointer is. Cause the diagram shows it in the bottom left. Here pics hope they help.

I also don't even see a connector E for the flex fuel converter on the content reader instructions (it's illustrating A, B, C, and D. That's another story but it's talking about replacing E1 (31 position)

Also are all of the connectors on the ECU the same pin (size) the pre installed pin for the converter is smaller then the supplied pin for content sensor switched +12v ... So D13 high side 3 is a bigger (same style pin) then the pre installed converter signal pin.

Need to know more information:
  • what is the year of your car
  • what product from ScienceofSpeed are you installing?
