This is just preliminary and shows how the curve will be. All the benefits of the compound will be seen later on at higher boost levels. The reason the power is low for the boost is it's mostly being done by the tiny EFR6258. When we turn it up and gain better control of the boost, it will be the same kind of graph. For example, we made 30psi at 3000rpm during testing. I will be making some boost control adjustments this winter to make sure I have better control of the boost on the high end. I will be at 40+psi and should be at full boost around 3500-4000rpm. That's spooling a 75mm turbo remember.

300trq at 3500rpm is impressive

Look forward to seeing the final hi boost numbers.

Have you considered switching the S475 to a billet wheel s476r, or a S471/4 with a race cover? I am between a S480 bw or a S476r on my swap, and even on the big displacement setups a race cover and bw are a huge upgrade at high duty.

The S476r with a 1.00 AR would probably be awesome on a compound setup. Subbed.
(PS sell me the 475 if you give up haha)

For your first time doing fabrication work, this looks to be pretty great quality.

I will be curious to see where you end up with this setup.

Where are you sourcing your piping from?

The S475 seems to be a good fit. For the price of it and how it's working I'm happy with it. May upgrade it in the future, but that will be depending on where we are at when we turn it up next spring.

Got piping from different places depending on what I needed when, but most of it from AceRace. Seems to be the best price out there for people like me who don't do this every day.

Lots of work going on this winter before spring. I think I finally fixed the oil leak between the timing cover and the block that I had been chasing for months. Also decided to add some sound deadening material to make the ride a little quieter and smoother for normal street driving. Changing up the methanol system some by adding a new/better fuel cell for the system. And to top it off I have removed the rear end to make room for the new Ford 8.8 31 spline diff and upgraded axles.

Interesting, That looks like a lot of heat to manage though.
