Yes, just the intercooler. The new bracket is here (although not fitted yet) and I am also sending the old bracket back.

I did spend a little time on the S2000 tonight. I rerouted the heater line at the firewall and moved some things out of the way. I will have to relocate the fuse box into the fender as my turbo is just physically big and the IWG actuator sticks out a good bit. I also took off the Inconel for fitting the manifold on the motor, then took off the manifold and put the bottom portion (4 pieces for my shield) of the Inconel, which is time consuming, and mounted the manifold. I did have to jack the engine up on that side, but it slipped right in. Pang's work is really fitting well!

First test fit:

Lower Inconel put back on:

I also picked up some longer ARP studs, which was a good plan due to my Nord Lock washers being fairly thick. This is a picture of them hand tight, but only about a thread shows when tight.

do you have to extend the harness to get the box into fender area?

I think for the most part, no... But I haven't dissected how I plan to do this yet.

You have to extend a few of them from my understanding.

All fitting well so far. I might be able to keep the fuse box in the engine bay.

There's a company that makes a relocation bracket for the fuse box to locate it into the fender area, and I think you only have to extend the wires coming from the power steering rack. It may be worth it in the long run to get the box away from the heat and out of your way. I believe it was Alloywerks that makes the bracket; same guy that makes some engine/trans mount brackets for LS swaps.

I saw someone selling one, but couldn't find information on it. I am venting the hood and would build an Inconel heat shield similar to the factory one. With that, the turbo blanket, and Inconel around the manifold, I think I might be okay if I keep it in the engine bay... And I could get to it if needed.

Heres a cheap way to remount your fusebox in the engine bay. Just purchase another oem bracket and the holes line up perfectly.
you should be able to get away with it mounted like this with some heat protection. Also no need to extend any wires this way. I had to relocate mine to the fender since i have an ext wastegate on mine.
