cheap, reliable, fast. you can only pick two....

if you are going to the dark side i would highly suggest in the proper heat shielding and relocating AC lines, battery, EPS, and the fuse box + a vented hood because god knows you are going to melting (expletive) left and right if you do not take the necessary precautions (ask the old owner of my car how i know this first hand).

I'd say if you are absolutely stuck on turbo, the SOS turbo kit for ultimate reliability/simplicity and it will hit your power goals. Otherwise SOS or Kraftwerks supercharger kit will get you to 400whp easily on pump gas.

Def don't need e85 for that power range.. some 650cc injectors, walbro 255 pump, and a gt3076r on pump gas (93) and you can put down 350whp pretty easily. S2000 FI tuning seems to have come a long way.
