Get a double sided stud... screw the stud all the way down and then put 2 nuts on the other end .. I would not put another bolt in .. I've had them come out with locktite .. and had it break in the block ..

Anyone using the 25mm Turbosmart BOV? I think I'm hearing some surging going back into the blower when I let off and shift at high boost. If you are, which spring are you using? Thanks!

I used the Dual port bov from turbosmart with the softer spring from the plumb back model. Worked well and was a direct swap from the billet KW piece.

My KW BOV did that too initially. But after a while it stopped and has been smooth ever since. Maybe it just needs to be broken in.

Did you use the port to vent to atmo or did you use the block off plate? Which color spring did you use? I watched some video that suggested that you want the spring to open around 5 PSI for SC applications.

I used the Dual port in both applications. The VTA sounds cool for about 10 mins, and then the hairdryer sound got annoying. Since s/c is belt driven, its constantly purging air when in gear and off the throttle. So i ended up going back to the block off plate. Regardless, its a nice piece than the KW billet valve. Also, i ordered the Green spring TS-0203-3003 to use for the s/c. This was recommended by the TurboSmart rep i spoke with. you can find them on Amazon, or give Ryan (Moddiction) a PM.

So pretty much go back to the oem setup. Honda engineers must've known what they were doing.

I was able to get bolt size if anyone needs it in the future.

Default tune for kraftwerks kit

I recently bought a new kit but it didn't include a base map. I've tried contacting kraftwerks for 2 weeks with no response. I was wondering if anyone has the base tune for the aem v2 still sitting around they could send me or lead me to where I can get it? Thanks in advance.

There should several maps in your C: drive. Assuming you downloaded the AEM tuning software.
