H
aha yeah I'm turning 37 soon and my right foot is definitely not as heavy as it used to be!

The Garrett site shows 750hp for both the 3076R and the 3576R. Which is strange!

Good luck with the build. The 3076 is one of the best turbos out there for this car. You should be able to max out the turbo a little north of 550WHP. 600+ likely won't happen.

You can't go wrong with either Laskey or Inline Pro. Call and talk to both of them, just decide from there.

Based on what I've read on here and some dyno graphs I saw awhile back on a 3071/3076 comparison on an F2*C, the 3076 spools just as fast as the 71 and has more headroom. I don't think there was any drop in responsiveness at all, IIRC.

Those numbers are just rough guidelines. The 3576 will do about 50whp more than the 3076. Notice the 3071 is mislabeled, it should be more like 650 crank hp.

It depends on how much power you want. If you want 600-650whp, then the 3576. If you want 700+whp, then the 3582. This dyno plot is from a STI with everything exactly the same except for 3576 vs. 3582:

It's from this article on turbo sizing:

Nice.. well I like the spool up time no the 76.. would just hate to run out of top end if I ever want more.. I have a built motor with E85 and r200 rear.. so I can take the HP and hi boost.. do you know how much boost he was running?

Boost plot is in the article. It's also an STI, so not directly comparable to the S2k.

HP output would also be higher since STI has AWD drivetrain and S2K is RWD. Less lost from the crank to the wheels.
