I'm running a 7.5" / 4.3" - what's my equivalent pulley size? I'm working it out to under 2" ? That can't be right!! It's pushing huge amounts of air even at idle though..

edit: just calculated my setup at 56511 rpm which is less than the 6.5" / 3.6" combo (58500 rpm) So i'll be losing boost.. damn it! How much PSI will this loose me roughly? I was making about 18.5psi before.

I had two 25mm bov and it was tolerable, but that^^^ would drive me nuts. Its really annoying with superchargers too, because unlike a turbo with a quick dump and its over, the SC is constantly dumping if your not accelerating, which is most of the time. But s2k manics sounds like he has twin 50mm being pumped right into the cab lol.

Glad people started stating RPMs. Obviously AP1 vs 2 is going to give you big diff of pressure. AP2 @8200, 3.4", 1200, 16psi, Comptech header, Tanabe dual exhaust, Berk high flow cat, 422whp.

My Tial QR open to atmosphere (with OEM insulated hood) pointing downwards sounds good.

Not overly loud but awesome at 9k

Default The bov's

That video is with the car at or above 5500 rpm up a mountain with the windows down and hardtop on if you're not wringing its neck it's not too bad. Especially with the windows up and the AC on my car runs cool enough that I can do that during the summer and drive at those speeds. I only rolled the windows down for the video so you could really hear just how loud it is bouncing off the canyon walls.

No I didn't run that one. I made 12-13psi average with the next size up 3.8 and 17-18psi with the 3.2. All depending on ambient temps. There is a range. I could see as low as 16psi with the 3.2 in the middle of a 90F summer day and 19psi same pulley on a 35F evening. No belt slip issues.
