Fog coming out of AC?

Fog coming out of AC?
I do greatly apologize if I put this in the wrong place.
Couldn't think of a better place to put this.
I drive a '01 AP1 with CAI, Exhaust, and coils - 92,XXX miles
Everything else is stock.
Two weeks ago I was driving down to Dallas to go to Six flags.
I noticed that whenever I would first turn on my AC there would be decently thick what seems like fog that would come out of the air vents for about 10-15 consecutive seconds.
At first I thought it was the condenser going out but the AC is still cold enough to make my nips hard in the summer time.
It seems to happen right as I turn the AC on right after letting it sit off for a while.
I feel like this could just be caused by the humidity during this time of year.
The fog that comes out also has no smell at all to it and it dissipates rather quickly. It does not actually fill the cabin with fog or anything.
I seem to notice it most on hotter more humid days which is why I think it's the humidity.
I'm also located in Oklahoma City.

It can happen in some weather conditions, high humidity being one of them.
A Honda tech told me many years ago to turn off the a/c a couple minutes before you get to your destination and run the fan to expel humidity in the system, and you will never get a bad smelling a/c system due to excess moisture. I do that religiously on all my cars and I've never had an issue in 20+ years.

That's what I was hoping it was.
