Removing Changed Upholstery Covers?

Removing Changed Upholstery Covers?
I just bought an s2000 which has a black interior stock but the previous owner put on clazzio seat covers and redid the interior with red/black. I would rather have it black, so I'll likely take off the seat covers and sell them. But I also want to take off the added upholstery from the door panels and arm rest.
If I take it off, would it likely be full of gunk/unusable? I'm pretty sure the material was from http://www.redlinegoods.com/S2000shiftboot.php
I took off the red cover from the e brake already, and the seats are easy. Next will be the shift boot and hopefully the armrest and then the doors.
I may eventually wrap the car in lbp or some similar blue color so I want the interior to be black.

I bet you can find a member willing to trade you for oem black parts, those aftermarket parts are usually in demand, easier to do that than rip them apart and buying new replacements. Red/black colour theme is very popular.
