I believe they're still in business, if not then I don't know why they would still have paypal there for you to order one. I just bought one back in June, so I don't know I guess?
If you have any doubts just email them. Giles is pretty fast at responding. IF what you say is correct about out of business, then I guess don't expect a reply.

This story is front and center on their website and says they are winding down their business towards the end of 2009 and their products even earlier. You'd think if things had changed they would make another announcement. And you'd think if they hadn't they would no longer be accepting Paypal payments.

I can't remember from the top of my head but IIRC; somewhere in Giles's thread, he mentions that he will not be tuning anymore but will have the modded Greddy e-manage systems for sale. Thus, why it's still up on the internet for someone to buy that product, if they so choose to.
