Any update? I'm curious on the rear seal as I have been contemplating this move myself.

On HondaPartsCheap I found 85140-S2A-902 WWEATHERSTRIP, HARDTOP LOWER for $208.75 which is the best price I could find but there doesn't appear to be the retainer assembly as there is with the driver and passenger windows.

The OEM seal would work, and most proper hardtops have the holes for the seals. however, I've found that the $200 cost for the seal is a bit much.
I went with a bulb-style seal, that has been working for me for 5 years now.
Something like this
it's nearly an 1" tall, so, it'll fill most gaps

I'll be doing this in a week or so. Using this as a guide, I used the soft top seals but I've recently acquired the window and rear OEM HT seals. Time to give it a go.

Small update, I bought all three seals, including the read to retrofit into my RSG//Amuse top. Does not look like the rear seal will work, but so far I've only looked at it. Haven't tried to mess about with it yet, but I will tomorrow.

I'm interested in this as well. If the replica top has the 19 holes that line up with the OEM rear seal and you can just buy the OEM rear seal and use the 19 clips that Honda uses, then that would be sweet. Of course I guess if the holes aren't there on the rep hardtop, you could always mark and drill them like the OP did for the side seals.

On a related note, can someone tell me what the piece labeled #3 does in the below diagram? Its labeled Garnish Assembly, RR Windshield. Is this a trim piece that goes on the interior of the hardtop below the rear window on an OEM top?

Is there something you have to do to get the seals into the rail? I was putting Shin Etsu on my seals when I noticed the driver side seal was loose and off the rail. Tried to push it in but just stays out. I have an OEM top though.

Here's some pics:

It just pushes into place. It was quite stiff and had to be pressed in pretty hard in some places for me. If your seal is torn, I'm not sure what you can do.

Sorry to bump old post.

Can anyone upload pictures or just an update on how the OEM or other weather strip work on filling the gap on the rear window?

I've been wanting to do this but didn't find any examples I can make reference to....
Thanks in advance!
