Have some bad news guys, It's looking like this will cost a little more then we planned. Bearings in the Idler pulley ups cost a little. I will report back as soon as I know more.

I was told by Touge Factory that the matching idler and tensioner pulleys are not going to be made, back in May. If you want a matching set you have to either buy the Toda/ASM pulleys or Car Garage Amis pulleys. Both use smaller crank, water pump and alternator pulleys, which give you more power/ better response, but they are for race use only and your battery will be drained if you have a normal or high electrical load. I went with red touge factory(crank pulley not used) and ASM pulleys on my vortech supercharged street car.

Isn't that bearing a 6203? Even a NSK 6203 is pretty cheap, especially when bought in bulk

Id be intrested in a set minus the crank pulley, especially if good bearings are used & happy to pay a little more if it means better quality.

Toda Racing just released their light weight tensioner and idler pulley set, which are identical to ASM for a lot less money. These are about $350 shipped from RHDJapan vs ASM's $500. You can special order these in Black, Blue and Gold anodizing like the 3 piece pulley sets too.

RHDJapan has the part number wrong on their site, it should be 31170-F20-000 for the Toda Racing tensioner and idler pulleys. I would suggest you put this part # in the comments section at checkout, so they don't send you the wrong part. Also, I had the wrong Toda Racing product link page in my last post, it's fixed now.
