Just installed Sparco Evo II with PCI non slider mount, full interior
I thought I would post this to help some of the bigger guys with seat choices etc. I have a 01 S2000 with full interior. I am 6' 2'' 205lbs size 34 waist, 34 length with wide shoulders.
The Sparco Evo II fits me well. To make it fit in the car I had to do some modifications, but overall was pretty straight forward. I had to remove the seat cover and use an angle grinder to trim both sides at the shoulders as well as the bottom towards the front on both sides. Don't be afraid to do this. Very easy. Afterwards I used 3M spray adhesive to glue foam back down. I also had to trim the right side seat rail as it was in the way for the back right bolt. Easy stuff. Just have to take in and out, test fit back and forth.
Drew a line where it was rubbing and would cut and try it back in and cut some more.
Area where shoulders were rubbing
Ran the seat belt over because it was snug over my thighs and the hole in the bucket didn't line up nicely.

So, no harnesses? No Delrin washers between the side mounts and the seats? Not necessary, I'm just curious.
I just installed a Sparco Circuit (the smaller one) on a PCI Slider Mount (multiple drivers) and the wing at the shoulder just barely touches the door card.
5'6" about a 32 inch waist. Harness hole over the shoulder look to be at ideal height. Seat fits snug and not uncomfortable.

Those plastic spacers were used at the end. Actually made a mistake initially. I should have trimmed the seats with those black washers installed from the get go. I had to cut more of the seat once I installed them because it changed my ability to position the seat in place.

No harness yet. Taking baby steps overall. I do have a rockstar bulkhead bar so will be ready to go when I decide.

Had to do the same modifications to mine but I only trimmed the front of the right boulster. And I trimmed a lot. Basically removed the entire lip.
The OEM belt buckle was also a challenge to fit as it would rest heavily against the carpet/trans tunnel. Not the easiest thing to fasten either.
Left the shoulders alone.
Also mounted on the same PCI mount.
I have the "older" gen which used to be called Evo 2 Plus. Also similar built to you. 6'2 34 waist, 215lbs...

Exactly. Pretty much the whole lip on the bottom right is removed. Once the fabric is placed back over you really can't tell anything was done.

Were you able to access all the floor bolts on the PCI mount with the seat in that full-rear location? I was considering that mount to get my Sparco Ergo lower than I can with slider mounts but was afraid I wouldn't be able to access the floor bolts when the seat was in the car and at the angle I like.

You can get to them pretty easily actually. I thought it was going to be super hard after what I read online but it was fairly easy. I'll take some pics tonight to show the access. I did trim the metal rail on the right side because it was going over bolt hole.

I used the stock seat buckle and stock nut because it allows the buckle to be centered properly. I have a seat belt extender on the way.
